Privacy policy

This policy covers the METRUM introductory website and sign-in validation in the version under development. Purchases and connected training are not yet publicly available.

1. Who is responsible

METRUM is operated by Aetherion Anestesia Ltda., in Brazil. The support and personal data contact channel is support@usemetrum.com.

2. Data used at this stage

Browsing: the infrastructure that delivers and protects the website may process IP addresses, dates and times, requested addresses, browser information, and technical security logs.
Contact: if you send an email, we receive your address and the content you choose to share so we can respond to your request.
Google sign-in: when this option becomes available at the app’s address, Google and Supabase will process account identifiers and authorized basic data, such as name and email, to verify identity and maintain the session. METRUM does not receive your Google password.

The website does not request body measurements, sexual journal entries, or health records. Do not send these data through support. Records used in local development evaluations are not sent through this page.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data necessary to deliver the website, respond to requested contact, verify sign-in when used, and protect the service from abuse. Depending on the activity, processing is based on providing the requested service, legal obligations, or legitimate security interests, respecting the data subject’s rights. Any future collection of sensitive data will have its own information and legal basis before it becomes available.

4. Services involved

Cloudflare provides the domain and website delivery and protection. Google and Supabase participate in authentication when the user chooses to sign in. Support uses the email address provided in this policy. These providers may process data in other countries; operations must comply with applicable international transfer requirements.

RevenueCat and Stripe have been selected for future billing. This introductory version has no checkout, card collection, or subscriptions available for purchase. Billing information and related processing will be presented before commercial activation.

5. Browser storage and advertising

This corporate page does not install advertising pixels, behavioural analytics tools, or marketing cookies. Infrastructure may use necessary security mechanisms. Sign-in validation uses browser session storage to complete sign-in and maintain that tab’s session. In future installed builds, session data is stored using the operating system’s protected resources.

With your permission, your browser can use your location to suggest a language. Coordinates are processed on your device; we do not send them to another service or store them on this website. When browser storage is available, we save only your chosen language and whether a suggestion has already been attempted. You can change the language in the top menu. Without permission, storage, or a recognized location, we use English.

6. Retention and protection

Data is retained for the time necessary for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Retention periods for technical logs and infrastructure copies also depend on the services used. We do not promise instant deletion of all copies. We use HTTPS connections and access controls; no service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and how to request assistance

You can contact support@usemetrum.com to request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing and, where applicable, deletion, anonymization, portability, or a review of data use. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it. We may request proportionate identity verification to prevent others from accessing your data.

8. Audience and changes

METRUM is intended for adults. This version is not directed at anyone under 18. When new services are activated, we will update this policy to describe actual processing and communicate relevant changes. Current contact details will remain available on this page.
