Access terms

METRUM provides guided pelvic floor training and personal tracking. Browsing the website or signing in does not, by itself, create a subscription or charge.
1. Operation and contact
METRUM is operated by Aetherion Anestesia Ltda., in Brazil. Questions and requests can be sent to support@usemetrum.com.
2. What is available
Use METRUM to set goals, follow guided sessions, create routines and track your practice. Sign in to keep account-linked settings and records synchronized across supported devices.
Access depends on your subscription or other valid access entitlement. Platform, device and regional availability may differ. Download an app only through its official distribution channel when available.
3. Responsible use
The product is intended for people aged 18 and over. Only use accounts you are legitimately authorised to access. Do not try to access other people’s data, bypass security controls, or use contact channels for spam or unlawful content.
4. Scope and limitations
METRUM supports practice organization and body awareness. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment or guaranteed clinical, sexual or body-change results. General guidance does not replace an individual assessment by a qualified professional. Stop if you experience pain or discomfort.
5. Accounts and data
Your identity provider manages your sign-in password. Account settings, records and subscription access are linked to your METRUM account; signing in alone does not purchase a subscription. Device permissions and local security settings remain device-specific. Data use is described in the Privacy policy.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Before purchase, review the price, currency, billing period, trial eligibility and cancellation conditions. On the App Store, eligible subscribers receive a 3-day free trial; the selected annual or monthly plan is then charged automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Without trial eligibility, payment is due on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Web purchases follow the terms displayed at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
7. Content, availability, and changes
The METRUM brand, interface, and materials may not be presented as a third party’s creation or service without authorisation. Trademark rights of other providers belong to their respective owners.
The website and apps may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We communicate material changes to access rules through the product. These terms do not exclude rights guaranteed by law.
